Reveal the new generation of Mazda cars to the North America dealers.

 

CM Creative Solution

In order to make an impactful statement to the dealers and accommodate the large number of attendees, the decision was made to use the biggest stadium in North America – Dallas Cowboys Stadium.

 

With 2,000 dealers in attendance, Corporate Magic used the massive Dallas Cowboys Stadium video board (produced by Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Vision) to provide live shots, as well as speech support for the meeting. The 70’ by 160’ screen was lowered from it’s normal height of 90 feet to 25 feet off the deck, in order to keep the audience focus on the staging.

 

Addition audio was brought in, which improved sound quality and ultimately prevented the 80,000 seat stadium from feeling cavernous. Ultimately, an intimate setting was created for the attendees.

 

The multi-tiered stage spanned 50 yards and had to large LED screens in the center of the base, which separated to allow cars to be driven through for the reveal.

 

The Mazda North America Dealer Meeting is the largest corporate event ever held at Dallas Cowboys Stadium.
